Walsh Property Management has managed community associations since 1977.  We manage over 80 East Bay communities.  

Our 15 managers are experienced with an average of over 13 years with WPM.  We are able to retain our staff by offering an extensive benefit package and family-oriented work hours.  Our managers average less than one evening meeting per week.  This helps counter the manager burn-out statistics within our industry.

For times when your manager is unavailable, his/her co-manager will assist you.  After hours, we offer an immediate call back system for emergencies.

Our purpose is to manage your property according to the requirements of your board, your documents and the laws regulating communities.   We are true problem solvers.

We belong to organizations that support communities and we attend seminars and classes to stay current on relevant legal requirements.

We serve associations in the Pleasanton, San Ramon, Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont and Oakland areas.
